【Properties and application】
It is soluble in water, methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, trichloro ethylene and other organic solvent. It has lubrication, solubilizing, anti-foaming, anti-static properties. And it is used as emollient, softening agent and lubrication agent in cosmetics, as anti-foaming agent in coating, hydraulic oil, synthetic rubber, and latex, as additive in synthetic oils.
